By accessing and using the arrholidays.com website and booking any travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ARR Holidays provides holiday planning, group travel, and corporate travel services. We act as a travel consultant and facilitate bookings with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers on your behalf.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from ARR Holidays. Pricing is subject to change until final confirmation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified by ARR Holidays. Payment installments are available on request for group and corporate bookings.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete passenger information including names (as per passport), dates of birth, and contact details. Errors in passenger names may result in cancellation without refund.
You are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents including passports, visas, and travel insurance. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. ARR Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections or travel document issues.
You must comply with all health and safety requirements of destination countries, including vaccinations and travel advisories. ARR Holidays is not responsible for changes in health or entry requirements.
Travel involves inherent risks. ARR Holidays is not responsible for personal injury, loss of belongings, accidents, or any unforeseen events during travel. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
ARR Holidays is not responsible for changes to itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of God beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible.
ARR Holidays is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including pandemics, wars, strikes, or government actions.
ARR Holidays' liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
ARR Holidays reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
