Day 1: Arrival in KL → Putrajaya

Day 2: Genting Highlands & Batu Caves

Morning: Visit Genting Highlands:
* Start early and drive about an hour from Kuala Lumpur to Genting Highlands, apopular hill resort located at an altitude of over 1,700 meters, offering cool weatherand great views.
* Take the Genting Skyway Cable Car: This 3.4-kilometer cable car ride offers panoramic views of the lush rainforest below. It’s one of the longest and fastest cable car rides in Southeast Asia.
* At the top of the mountain, you’ll find various attractions:
Genting SkyWorlds: A newly opened outdoor theme park with rides, attractions,and shows.
Resorts World Genting: A large integrated resort offering entertainment, shopping, and dining options. You can visit the Genting Casino, or simply enjoy the cool mountain air and explore the resort.
Chin Swee Caves Temple: A Buddhist temple located on the mountaintop offering a serene environment with beautiful views.
Afternoon: Visit Batu Caves:
* After spending a few hours in Genting, head to Batu Caves, located just 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur. Batu Caves is a Hindu temple complex set inside a limestone hill, and it’s one of the most famous attractions near KL.
* The Batu Caves Temple: The main temple is inside a massive cave and is dedicated to Lord Murugan, with statues and shrines surrounding it.
* Giant Lord Murugan Statue: The iconic 42.7-meter-tall statue of Lord Murugan stands
at the base of the Batu Caves. It’s one of the largest statues of a Hindu deity in the
world.
* Climbing the Steps: There are 272 steps to reach the main cave temple. Along the way, you’ll see monkeys and enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding area.
* After visiting Batu Caves, return to Kuala Lumpur and spend the evening at leisure, perhaps enjoying dinner in a local restaurant or exploring the vibrant streets of Chinatown.
