💳 PAYMENT TERMS

1.Token Advance – ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 (non-refundable) to block bookings & offers.
2.Balance Payment – Full payment due 30 days before travel.
3.Rate Validity & Travel Month
Quoted package rates valid for 10 days from token.
Travel dates must be confirmed within this 10-day period.
Travel must fall within the same month confirmed at booking.
👉 Change of travel month will attract new seasonal rates, subject to availability.
4.Customization & Destination Change
Changes allowed within 10 days of token under same plan.
After 10 days → new plan + admin charges.
Change in pax → cost recalculated.
Destination change after confirmation = new booking. Old booking will attract cancellation + admin charges.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

1.Flights – As per airline rules.
2. Hotels / Land Services
30+ days: Refundable (after admin charges).
15–30 days: 50% refund.
<15 days: 100% cancellation – no refund.
3. Date Change – Only 30+ days prior, subject to approval & extra charges.
4.After Trip Begins – No refund for unused services.
5.No-Show / Missed Departure – 100% cancellation.
6.Force Majeure – No cash refund, reschedule subject to approval.

NOTES

1.Refunds (if any) within 15 working days.
2.GST 5% & TCS 5% extra as per Govt. rules.
3.All changes/cancellations must be in writing (Email/WhatsApp).

FINAL CLAUSE

1.Token advance is strictly non-refundable.
2.Offers valid only if token paid within deadline.
3.Travel month change = new seasonal rates.
4.Destination change = new booking + cancellation/admin charges.
5.No refund for cancellations within 15 days, no-show, or unused services.
