Begin your Italian journey with a short scheduled flight from London Heathrow to Milan. On arrival, meet your tour manager and drive to the vibrant city of Milan, the world’s fashion and design capital.
Enjoy free time in the Piazza del Duomo, where you’ll admire the stunning Duomo di Milano, one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in the world. Walk through the Victor Emmanuel II Gallery, Italy’s oldest shopping mall, and catch a glimpse of the famous La Scala Opera House. Later, drive toward the tranquil Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake, nestled among the northern mountains. Day 2: Venice – The Floating City
After breakfast, travel to Venice, a magical city of canals, bridges, and timeless romance. Arrive at the pier and board a private boat that will take you to St. Mark’s Square – one of the most beautiful piazzas in the world.
Admire Basilica di San Marco, the Bell Tower, and Doge’s Palace (outside view). Stroll across the Bridge of Sighs, filled with history and charm. Enjoy an unforgettable gondola ride, drifting through Venice’s scenic waterways as you soak in its unique atmosphere. Day 3: Pisa – Florence – Renaissance Wonders
In the afternoon, head to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance. Be greeted by a professional local guide who will walk you through the city’s history and artistic wonders. See the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (The Duomo) and Piazza della Signoria. Stop for photos at the Basilica of Santa Croce, the final resting place of Michelangelo. Visit Ponte Vecchio, Florence’s famous bridge over the Arno River, and end at Piazzale Michelangelo, which offers the most panoramic view of Florence. 🍽️ Meals: Breakfast, Packed Vegetarian Lunch, Indian Dinner 🏨 Overnight: Florence area
On Mt. Titlis, you can also enjoy the optional Ice Flyer (subject to operation). The Ice Flyer chairlift smoothly carries you over pristine snowfields and icy depths, with some crevasses up to twenty meters deep. This glacier experience is unique to Mt. Titlis, and you can purchase souvenir photos from the photo studio shop.
We head down in the early afternoon for a well-deserved Indian lunch after the morning’s activities. Once our energy levels are replenished, we board our coach and make our way from Engelberg to the beautiful city of Interlaken.
In the afternoon, we reach Interlaken, a small town nestled between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. The Höheweg is Interlaken’s main street, running between Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost Railway Stations. Spend time shopping for souvenirs along the high street or simply admire the stunning views of the Bernese Alps. You can also wander through the Kursaal Garden, where you will find a 350 Kg statue of the renowned Indian filmmaker, the late Yash Chopra.
We transfer back to our coach, heading towards the city of Geneva.
In the evening, once we reach Geneva, we make a couple of short photo stops. We first visit the “Jardin Anglais,” known as the English Gardens, where we stop for photos of the National Monument featuring Lady Geneva and Lady Helvetica. We also see the iconic Flower Clock, an outdoor flower clock designed in 1955, made with colorful blooms that change seasonally, and finally, the Jet d’Eau (subject to operation), a fountain lit up at night, pumping half a cubic meter of water per second 140m into the air.
We then head towards the United Nations of Geneva (UNOG) for our second photo stop. The UNOG is the second-largest of the four major office sites of the United Nations and is situated in the Palais des Nations building, constructed for the League of Nations between 1929 and 1938. Capture an amazing picture containing all the flags of the countries of the United Nations.
We finish our quick trip to Geneva by heading towards the restaurant and hotel, where we enjoy a buffet Indian dinner before settling in for the night. B, L, D
Day 4:Rome – The Vatican & Eternal City
Today, drive south to Rome, Italy’s historic capital. Your first stop is the independent city-state of Vatican City, the spiritual center of the Roman Catholic Church.
Visit St. Peter’s Square and St. Peter’s Basilica, home to Michelangelo’s masterpiece – The Pietà. ⚠️ Note: Access to St. Peter’s Basilica may be restricted during the Vatican’s Holy Year 2025 events. Later, drive into central Rome and stop by the iconic Trevi Fountain – don’t forget to toss a coin and make a wish! Panoramic views of Piazza Venezia, Roman Forum, and more are included. 🍽️ Meals: Breakfast, Indian Lunch, Indian Dinner 🏨 Overnight: Rome
Day 5:Island Escape – Capri
Early morning departure to Naples, followed by a scenic jetfoil ride across the Bay of Naples to the stunning island of Capri. Capri has long been a favorite getaway for aristocrats and celebrities – a mix of natural beauty and luxury.
On arrival, explore the vibrant town square, fashionable boutiques, and winding streets. Optional: take the cable car to Mount Solaro for breathtaking views over the Gulf of Naples and Amalfi Coast. Day 6:Rome City Tour – Return to London
